The IEP Series is an inline high-speed dispense valve that exhibits stable performance under 2-way, normal close, high temperature/high pressure conditions. The welded port made of stainless steel is sized to fit standard 1/16 inch inner diameter ferrule compression fittings. This robust Φ6.4mm axial flow valve can achieve rapid response times and generate droplets with a maximum drive frequency of 500Hz. The high-speed operation of this valve allows for accurate flow measurement and serves as an alternative to some pressure regulators. Its ability to operate at high temperatures enables precise dispensing and sterilization of viscous fluids. Common applications include the application of electrolytes and wax, use in electron microscopes, mass spectrometers, electric propulsion systems for satellites, and cryosurgical devices, among others, in harsh environments and high pressure.
